HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A PULL?

WHAT IS REQUIRED BEFORE PIECES ARE RELEASED?

You’ll need a valid form of ID, and a valid credit card authorization. A signed loan agreement is required at the time of the pull.

IS THERE A PULL FEE?

Rates vary by project type and usage. Please use the contact form or email us at contact@houseofkimita.com.

HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I PULL?

A maximum of 10 items may be pulled at a time. The minimum booking threshold is $500. Items range from $50-$1,000+.
Certain archival pieces may be restricted to approved projects only. For current availability or specific requests, please inquire directly.

HOW LONG IS THE APPOINTMENT?

The standard loan is 5 days. Extensions can be arranged for a fee, and depend on the availability of the item.

DO YOU SELL ANY PIECES?

Select pieces from the collection are available for purchase here. Some archival pieces are pull-only and not available for sale.

HOW DO I CREDIT HOUSE OF KIMITA?

We love to hear whenever our pieces are featured editorials, publications, events, social media, or other public-facing content! Wherever possible, please tag @houseofkimita and include “Wardrobe courtesy of House of Kimita”.

DO I HAVE TO DRY CLEAN THE ITEMS BEFORE RETURNING?

Please do not clean, alter, or attempt to repair any items before returning them. Many pieces in the archive are rare, delicate, or one-of-a-kind vintage items that require specialized care.
House of Kimita handles all professional cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. We simply ask that items are returned in the condition they were received.

WHAT IF AN ITEM GETS LOST OR DAMAGED?

Clients assume full responsibility for all items while in their possession, including loss, theft, and damage.
All loans are non-transferable and may not be sub-loaned or reassigned.
Items deemed beyond repair may be charged at full declared value.
Lost, stolen, or unreturned items will be charged at their full declared replacement value as noted in the Agreement.
